Featuring over 35 popular plans including ranches, atrium
ranches, split bedroom plans, 1½ story, and 2 story
designs. Customizing our models to suit your needs is not
a problem. Like the bedroom wing of one model and the kitchen
of another? Just ask! It very well could be possible! Custom
building from your own ideas or plans is also an option.

tour a display. All of our models can be built in any one
of our Avondale Homes Communities with just a few exceptions.
